The Fivi Day Part 1

Belated Happy Fivi Day to me!

Yesterday, the 29th of August, I turned 18. I'm now a legal citizen of the world! xD

I celebrated the whole day with my Baby Boom sisters Chae, Dee, and Lean.

Of course, my family would never be absent. My favorite cousin Tweety brought me balloons and my mom bought lasagna, napoleones, a cake and two boxes of pizza! While my bBiez sisters brought donuts as mini cakes! Hell yeaaah.





Of course, the highlight was the pizza. We all took a big slice because it was so nomnom-ish. Haha.



I also said thank you via Baby Boom TV Fivi Cam. It will be airing this September so stay tuned on facebook!



After lunch, we did a pictorial. A recording session for our album preceded that. So, here's one of the many outtakes during the pictorial.



Thank you to Chae (Jane) and her awesome cam! I also wanna thank my mom and dad for always giving me a fun and food-filled birthday! Thank you and I love you so much!!

Thank you to my Baby Boom sisters too, for making my day more fun because the always make me happy.

Sweet Goodbyes

I didn't see the plane take off though, because Dad's flight got delayed by thirty minutes. He didn't want us to see the plane leave too.

It was awkward.

Inside the car on the way to the airport, I was very silent; munching on the Pringles I bought along the way.


Dad was sick. He had a high fever, and probably he still hasn't recovered by now. Mom called him earlier and he told her he was shivering. I feel bad for him.


I can still recall the first time I saw him at the airport when he arrived. I was so happy and I waved at him. I think he was surprised to see the already-grown-up me.

Then when he arrived home he asked about the hanging stuff toys on the ceiling. He found it weird. LoL.


I remember the days we went to dine out and eat a lot of different things. He was there when I first tried the scallops. I remember putting the ointment on his newly-operated eye because mom was too nervous to do it. He was having so much fun that his smile was unforgettable. It's still stuck in my mind.


As I type these words, to be honest, I couldn't help but cry.


I know this is overacting but it's not everyday that I get to see my Dad. Hopefully I'd see him again on December. And I'd hug him very tight again.

I'm sorry if most of my recent posts are about my Dad. It's just that I missed him so much and I only want to talk about him everyday. He's working so hard and the only thing I can do is be a good student/daughter. I want to tell him I love him everyday personally.

Dad, sorry if I didn't hug you tight while saying goodbye at the airport today. I didn't want to cry so hard because I'd be like mourning for the dead.

I haven't blogged for a while now. So here I am, posting something. I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Good Things Come To An End

Darn. Two weeks was too short. My Dad's going back to Brunei (his workplace) and I won't be seeing him for the next six months of my life. He wouldn't even be on my 18th-I-turn-legal-birthday.

But it's okay. I have to thank God and his boss for allowing him to visit us even just for a short while. I only wish that time comes when I'd be the one to visit him there and he could tour me all over the place.

I think that would be a lot of fun. I will surely miss you, Dad. Mom and I aren't going on that Manila trip on June 2 because she didn't want to see Dad off. It would be heartbreaking.

We sure did a lot of things during his stay. And I've noticed a lot of changes with my father lately. He's become...young at heart? Well they say the fun begins at forty...or something like that idk. /*gets shot

I don't want to end this sadly so I'm putting up an announcement since the month of May is already ending. What does that mean? It means, classes in the Philippines will be starting again!

I will be a sophomore in college now and there's nothing to be excited about it.

Anyways, I've been working on my June skin lately but I'm afraid everyone would still wait a bit longer for its release (like that's worth waiting?). Maybe mid-June or something? I still haven't finished some important parts though the layout, navigations and overall presentation are done. /*feels weird saying that

So yeah, it's probably just a traditional change-of-skin month or something like that. Anyhoo, I thank everyone for reading (and following) my blog! Thanks for all the tags but the spams do irritate me a bit.
